CARICOM Public Procurement Notice Board

The CARICOM Public Procurement Notice Board (CPPNB) serves as a centralized advertising portal for procurement opportunities across the CARICOM region. This platform facilitates a secure, interactive, and dynamic environment where buyers and suppliers can engage in procurement processes of any nature, complexity, or value. The CPPNB is designed to enforce and encourage recognized best practices in public procurement, ensuring transparency and fairness. Procurements exceeding a US$30,000 threshold are posted on the CARICOM-wide portal to attract a broader range of suppliers.

Belize National Advertising Portal

The Belize National Advertising Portal is a country-specific extension of the CPPNB, tailored to support the electronic procurement of works, services, and supplies within Belize. This platform accommodates various public procurement procedures, whether for one-time or recurring purchases, through dedicated sub-modules that streamline user registration, competition review, approval, and publication processes at both the national and CARICOM-wide levels.

All local publications above a US$30,000 threshold are automatically posted at the CARICOM-wide site to attract a wider range of suppliers. Amounts below this threshold are deemed Belize Market only.
